Fulton is from the fever dream interactive off-broadway experience Sleep No More, which is Shakespeare's Macbeth set in a time loop in 1939 Scotland and combined with elements of Hitchcock movies (mostly Rebecca), and The Paisley Witches. He is the town tailor (and undertaker), and secret folk magic practitioner. He will keep you safe.
